One stall boarding (or pasture board) available for one gelding horse on beautiful 100-acre estate farm in Thompsons Station TN. Facility includes electric gate entry, modern 4-stall barn (12x12 stalls with windows opening to the outdoors), air-conditioned-heated kitchen and bathroom, washer-dryer, spacious tack room, and indoor cold-hot water wash stall with and ceiling heat strips for those cold days, in the summer brisk barn hillside breezes. Enjoy outdoor firepit and large covered back porch with grill and table/chairs with an amazing countryside view for relaxing.... (read more) Horses enjoy lush 10-acre fenced pasture, or a large paddock with run-in shed with automatic fresh water tanks. Ride 70 acres of private scenic pastures and wooded trails along a ridge (about an hour ride). Farm is a laid-back friendly environment.

Located off I-840 Carter’s Creek Pike/Thompson Station Rd West. 30 minutes from Bowie Park and 40 minutes from Percy Warner Park. Both great trail ride parks.
$750 month. Includes quality hay, stall maintenance, daily in-and-out of barn and cold-weather blanket service. Farrier comes every 5-6 weeks. 10 minutes from TN Equine Vet/Hospital.

Boarder must be responsible and non-smoker. Current Coggins and annual inoculations required. Horse must get along well with other horses and not crib in stall.
