Meet Shorty! Shorty is a grade 8ish (confirmed by vet) year old pony mare who is looking for her next family. Shorty is a very sweet girl but she is a little more green than we were led to believe when we bought her and unfortunately she is not a good match for my timid 7 year old. Once she warms up to you she is a super sweet and friendly girl. She has done lots of trail miles and has been alone and with groups but does prefer company on the trails.... (read more) She will WTC in the arena. Goes over bridges and through water. I was told she could pop over small jumps and I've seen her pop over a log on the trails but have not attempted any arena jumping with her. Shorty needs a confident kid (a confident beginner in a training program would be fine) to put in more time and effort than my kid is willing to. Happy to let you come try her. PPE at your expense. Loads and trailers well. Good for farrier. Usually good for the vet.
